360 Feedback…What is it?
360 Feedback is a type of appraisal system that gathers feedback on an individual from a number of different sources who know them, usually colleagues. The main benefit of 360 feedback is that it enables individuals to better understand their skills, performance and work relationships based on feedback, rather than just a management appraisal alone. This type of feedback is anonymous which gives everyone an opportunity to be as honest as they can.
All you need to do is select the team member you want to provide feedback for and answer the questions as honestly as you can. The form is made up of both closed and open ended questions. There is a section specific to management (questions marked with **) so you can skip these if you are reviewing someone who isn’t currently part of the management team.
