An engagement survey is a really valuable tool that helps us to understand how our company is performing, from the perspective of you, the team. As you will all (hopefully!) know by now, Culture means a lot at Honest Crust. It’s so important to us that you guys are happy and Engagement Surveys are the perfect way for us to get an accurate read on where the team is at.
This is going to be a bi-annual process where we launch an engagement survey, then follow up with a round of team meetings where we share the results and work collaboratively to come up with actions and plans for the rest of the year.
Much like the 360 feedback form, this is anonymous, so please do be honest with your feedback. That way we can really make meaningful changes, and continue to build our culture. It should only take you 10 minutes at most to complete, so get yourself a brew and get stuck in.
