Proudly independent since 2013, we’ve been firing up and serving sourdough pizza to Manchester's hungry bellies for over ten years. Plus, find our famous Caesar salad, fennel and Aleppo chilli meatballs, seasonal sides and soft-serve ice cream (only available at Mackie Mayor) to finish it off.
We make an effort to choose the best suppliers, and you’ll often hear us talking about Cinderwood Market Garden for our fresh produce, Fratelli Amodio for our mozzarella and burrata, and (of course) San Marzano tomatoes.
